Regulatory Compliance Officer
•Daily transaction monitoring, checking through screen reports/notifications and alerts to ensure that the transactions complied with advised AML procedures. Co-ordinates
•Compliance issues of assigned branches across UAE and Direct Reporting to CCO.
• Providing Compliance approvals for various blocked transactions and liaising with CCO and branches on all matters relevant to AML.
•Raising STRs where appropriate to CBUAE and doing risk based analysis of large valued / large volume customers to ensure branch KYC and TDD are complying with advice procedures.
•Preparation of monthly & quarterly reports in accordance of Central bank guidelines

• Consult teams worldwide and highlight compliance issues associated with accepting a new client/ engagement or risks associated with any ongoing services.
• Work with clients regulated by SEC or member country regulations to analyse risks associated with any proposed corporate action.
• Compile and analyse company data using information available through primary and secondary sources.
• Process work for global high profile accounts; work with teams across USA, France, and
India.

• The role involves case building (triaging) an account history and ensuring a full holistic investigation of each Payment Protection Insurance mis-sale allegation complaint for one of the largest bank in Europe.
• Preparing a Report of Investigation (ROI) in line with the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority, UK) guidelines and regulations. It detailed various parts of the case taking all evidence into consideration before uphold or defend any decision relating to the mis-sale of Payment Protection Insurance.
Worked on business plans, reports on financial statement of the company were made along with the usage of various frameworks and techniques of business including marketing, advanced business practice, Gap analysis, sustainable strategy were covered.
