First i worked as assembly engineer for the CNC machine manufacturing and after 2 years and half i was transferred to overseas service department as service engineer. I answer all the machine problem through internet with the help of co-worker. My main job is to secure that all the problem and customer request must be solved as soon as possible without any delay.
As a computer technical support i do mostly computer repair and field service support. I go to customer house to make services for printer, computer, wifi setup, router and other even the networking cable installation.
I work on this company for assembly of computer. I assembled computers and make any testing also after testing check by the quality control and then packed it to the box.
I was instructor and teach about computer subject. i give info and idea to the student about computer and basic electronics.
After I stop in Far Eastern University I start again to study in this school and I study hard to get in top 3 in this course. I just did to be included in top and I was so happy about this.
I take a course of BS Computer Science Major Mathematics and unfortunately I didn't finished my schooling because of financial problem. I just study for 1 semester and then stop.
