1. Receive the original manuscript from the Content Production System (CPS) to start the tables and/or annexes processing
2. Format the tables and/or annexes using MS Word to ensure they are matching the journal style and quality standards
3. Convert the manuscript from MS Word to XML format then PDF format to be directly used in publication
4. Compare the PDF converted manuscript with the original one to assure the consistency between the source file and converted one
5. Send the finalized manuscript to the Quality Assurance Team to be revised to ensure quality standards are met and maintained
6. Apply the corrections of the Quality Assurance Team and upload the last version on the (CPS)
