1. 1. Maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and HR policies
2. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
3. Administer salary increases, promotions, transfer, payroll processing and other benefits
4. Administer employees work attendance and monitor their punctuality and follow -up the payroll process in coordination with finance department .

6. Recruiting, testing and interviewing program, counseling managers on candidate selection

11. Makes travel arrangements, including airline, rental car and reservation

13. Supervising the factory fleet
14. Supervising the factory restaurant.
15. Will coordinate & supervise all maintenance matters for machinery as well as building.
