• Responsible for the office and new sales administration.
• Overseeing daily office operation in the absence of the General Manager.
• Register sales enquiries, quotations and estimation files.
• Prepare the estimation sheet, quotations and get approval from sales manager, accounts and General Manager.
• Send quotations to the client by email or fax.
• Prepare the lift / BMU installation agreement.
• File management
• Prepare Sales Summary Report Monthly
• Maintaining and Updating Enquiry List
• Liaises with Head Office to ensure seamless office operations.
• Monitor emails and forwards important information to designated point person.
