Tested and commented on the new IVR web based system before ground for pilot to the system developers located in India.
Provided training to the forum users together with the system implementers and others.
Facilitated the flow of information between farmers and experts.
Regularly view and manage content in the inbox of newly recorded messages and enter details about the caller (name, location), specify tags.
Responsible of assigning messages to expert responders; approve responses to be routed back to callers
Set call schedule; view responders’ message queues: assigned, not responded, deferred, passed
Review responder statistics: number of questions, number assigned, number of responses, avg. responses/question, avg. response time.
