Job Responsibilities:
I work in Gemiteks International as part time job and this is my interest to work on computer field.

Using an existing network/new network of contacts to generate business revenue.
Managing a List of accounts of existing and new clients.
Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
Achieving sales targets.
Attending and Managing meeting with clients.
Prepare presentations and proposals for new/existing clients.
Prepare reports and analysis to review the business growth.
Completing administrative work.

Present (Asst. Manager Production Planning):
Fulfill stitching requirement in terms of Fabric.
Monitoring/Executing/Planning daily folding deliveries.
Organize weekly stitching Meeting.
Participate weekly processing Meeting.
Monitor Production of each machine/department.
Review daily / weekly Production Issuance Plan.

Previously (Planning Executive):
Taking care of whole dyeing planning.
Capacity wise weekly planning of whole processing i.e. Dyeing, Printing, Stenter dyeing & White.
Capacity/Plan wise daily greige issuance of all dyeing orders lying in our dyeing queue.
Daily monitoring of bleaching line up, ready for dyeing order and ready for finish.
Deals with shortfall and urgencies of dyeing orders.
Weekly review payments of commercial processing units.
Monthly capacity breakup of whole processing (machine wise) .
Review and enhance the productivity of existing oracle based programs.

Previously (Asst. Commercial Processing):
Taking care of all commercial processing, i.e. monthly capacity wise planning, delivery of processing orders and their payments follow up.
Coordination with outside processing units regarding their capacity and follow up of placed orders.
Reporting to high management regarding utilities, i.e. expected and actual monthly consumption.

Assignments:
Successfully completed Master Plan with microscopic view.
Prepare a Master Plan of whole processing in terms of machine parameters and chemical recipe.
Manage and re-design of planning system.
Implement of Line Management system to enhance the efficiency with low product cost.
Minimized the work by system re-designing.
Prepare a fast reporting system by self developed program based on "Microsoft Excel" & "Microsoft Access".

Achievements:
Selected for the Employ of the quarter award on:
i) Re-organize the planning reporting system
ii) Completed the project of master plan (process wise chemical recipe /machine parameters)
iii) Re-design of Printing and ager machine production register (includes machine parameters and company standards check list).
Selected for the spot excellence award on professional expertise in "Microsoft Excel".

ii) Problem Solving and Conflict Management
iii) Coaching and Mentoring Skills
