Duties and Responsibilities

•Responsible for guest treatment, Suggested to try another kind of healing treatment according to their health problems during next visits.
•Responsible to tell attendant cleanliness and maintenance standard after using room etc., And covering reception area if the staff not available.
•Responsible for every guest satisfaction by valuing their money each every treatment to expect with professional manners and right conduct.
•To solve any problems and guest complain from other colleagues.
•Deep cleaning and set-up during morning shift. Ensure that all spa are complete with amenities and clean garbage bins.
•Always communicate the manager and colleagues to any important information about the operation.
•Report lost property, accidents, maintenance issues, or other incidents.
•Prepare all spa treatment ingredients.
Direct support to the spa Manager. Overall role model to all spa therapist to maintain positive environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Facial and body Treatment, Swedish, Aromatic, Deep tissue, Arabian, healing (hilot massage) as Philippine art. Thai, Body scrubs, Wraps, Manicure, Pedicure, foot spa treatment, Moroccan bath, facial treatment, and Hot stone.
•Help client make decisions and clarify their feelings in order to solve problems. *Cover the reception and call unrepeated guest. Offer discounts and holiday promotion.
