• Support project team regarding submittals, RFI’s, ITP’s, Method Statements, Non-conformance Reports, drawings, specifications, and other project documents.
• Prepare all related documents based on the quality procedures for internal and external audit to the concerned contractors, departments and client.
• Control and maintain the system for issuance recording / filing, tracking, retrieval of documents like procedures, QA/QC records, specifications, drawings and related documents.
• Preparing and update of various logs & registers for Daily / Weekly & Monthly Reports.
• Prepare request for IR/RFI, check list within 24 hours prior to inspection.
• Preparing material requisition according to site requirement and follow up on the same.
• Carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks including ensuring proper maintenance of office supply and site area.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
