• Complete responsibility of handling travel arrangements for the cabin crew all around the world. • Liaising with all ground transportation, flight tickets, accommodations, meet & greet services. • Maintaining database for all ground service providers/handlers/ airport authorities. • Preparing and sending TRIP COST ESTIMATES to clients with a close follow up on feedback, for MENA Region Preparing and then following up on any quotations made for the clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them. • Responding to queries online or via telephone in a timely manner

• Complete Secretarial Support to the Global Business Development Manager
• Arranging hotels, yachts, private jet charters as per requests from global offices & clients
• Handling service related contracts with suppliers e.g. Hotels, Chauffeur Services & Limousine, Travel Agencies
• Expediting the transfer of passengers/ guests between aircrafts & FBO/ limousine services in coordination with the Ground Handlers
• Informing guests/passengers upon request about schedules & travel itineraries.
• Overseeing management of limousine and chauffeur services. Ensuring service levels are adhered to by all team members in a timely and professional manner.
• Provided logistical solutions to all project based services such as short term transportation services for events and corporate entities.
• Continuously working with the team to ensure that we continuously exceed customer expectations at all times. Liaise directly with the call centre team and BDM's to establish business opportunities with new or existing customers.
• Demonstrating & adhering to business practices that are in line with the company standards
• Handling complaints escalated from both internal and external customers and providing solutions
• Responsible of presenting critical data relevant to Limousine, Chauffeur & Event Management operations, sales opportunities and performance to the Managing Director and Sales Managers on a regular basis.
• Assisting in coordinating day-to-day flight operations in accordance with all company regulations and requirements.
• Actively participated in implementing company policy and departmental standards and procedures.
• Have taken the responsibility of briefing Flight Crew on all aspects of flights, requirements, HOTAC, Catering etc
• Actively monitoring flight watch from departure through arrival in coordination with handlers & FBO’s and Civil Aviation Authorities.
• Have coordinated specific Flight Crew requests in a timely and efficient manner; responds with options to ensure the crews’ needs are met or exceeded.
• Frequent use of communication skills and tools to convey timely and accurate information to Flight Crew, Operations Management, Flight Operations Personnel and others as needed to produce safe, efficient and timely services.
• Maintaining flight logs, flight records and operational files.
• Maintains knowledge of crewmember and frequent aircraft locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
