Job Title: Data & Business Analyst (Entry-Level)

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data & Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for a fresher or early-career professional who enjoys working with data, building reports, and translating numbers into meaningful business insights. The candidate will work closely with business and technical teams to analyze data, prepare dashboards, and support operational and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Analyze business, sales, financial, or operational data to identify trends and insights
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel and Power BI
• Write basic SQL queries to extract and validate data from databases
• Use Python (pandas) for data cleaning, analysis, and automation tasks
• Support forecasting, performance tracking, and KPI reporting
• Present findings in a clear and simple manner to non-technical stakeholders
• Assist teams in improving processes through data-backed recommendations
• Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and data workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Computer Applications, or a related field
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, dashboards)
