Set up & execution of new HORECA & Corporate Sales channel
•Closely collaborating with the Head of Division to create business plans & budgets
•Responsible for the achievement of targets of retail stores, HORECA & Corporate Sales channel

•Monitor production schedules to guarantee on-time deliveries of all outbound orders

•Report to the Head of Division providing regular input on all account activity, including status & call reports on a weekly basis
•Ensuring the efficient spending of marketing budget and supervising the trade marketing spending at coops and hypermarkets
•Designing of all promotional materials and maintaining regular contacts with the Key Accounts in order to supervise all promotional activities.
•Visual Merchandising of POS
•Preparing Marketing Studies and Market Surveys.
•Managing sales team and merchandisers by providing them with tasks that meets business inquiries and monthly target
Platinum inbound agent and Outbound assistant team leader in Direct channels & Customer Care Unit.
Responsibilities:
•Inbound Agent platinum team, answering all calls received from Platinum customers and providing them the service they need (online app, personal account, transfers between accounts and credit cards)
•Responsible for customer service in the subscription division, duties included answering customer queries, Credit Cards & Personal Finance Calculation, problem solving and providing detailed information on new offers, Product Knowledge, shift leader - supporting floor team leader.
•Product suggests - product developer.
•Training new colleague & agents to meet the work inquiries.
•Following up several Cases, Online and SMS Services.
•Floor Leader to answer & support all agents’ inquiries.
•effectively supervise, Train, support and evaluate the new agents and report it to the Team Leader and Call centre Manager.
