1. Assist clients to develop strategies and required capabilities for growth and transformation to sustain high performance.

1. Initiate, implement and manage quality programs.
2. Report Department’s performance directly to Managing Director of the Company.
3. Ensure compliance with the contract requirements and procedures.
4. Visit clients and participate in client meetings when required.
5. Ensure all project audits are carried out in accordance with the audit schedule.
6. Ensure inspection activities are carried out as required, with proper tools, equipment and with suitable personnel.
6. Monitor the use of testing equipment and its calibration.
7. Monitor non-compliance and take corrective action.
8. Prepare weekly and monthly quality report.
9. Provide leadership, guidance and counseling to staff.
10. Implement best practices, standards and procedures in all quality functionalities
1. Develop and implement management system policies, procedures and practices for all areas of engineering in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.
2. Liaise with user Depts. like Sales/Export/Delivery and conduct regular reviews and prioritize production.
3. Implement schedule of work, often with visual aids such as Bar chart and Procedure diagrams.
4. Monitor progress throughout the production process and compare with the delivery schedules.
5. Manage and guide the production team to work safely and effectively while maintaining tidy and clean plant premises.
6. Generate/review production reports and analyze production capabilities to enable a good handover of shifts.
7. Inform material requirement for procurement pertaining to production.
8. Co-ordinate with the Maintenance department to ensure a proper preventive maintenance on all machines.
9. Co-ordinate with the Quality control department to ensure the application of all the quality procedures.
10. Lead in efforts to control and improve inventory levels and utilization of ageing inventory.
