Currently employed by SOFCON as PMC Department Manager and In Kingdom Program Manager for the Foster Wheeler - SOFCON Joint Venture, undertaking the FEED and PMC for the $30 billion Ras-Tanura Integrated Refinery Project. The largest integrated refinery in the world including secondary and tertiary value parks.
Originally employed by SOFCON as PMC Program Manager for the $14 billion Khurais Development Program. The scope involved, project proposal, detailed design and project supervision for a 1, 200mbd gas oil separation plant. Design Interface Coordination Manager between the Common Facilities, Gas, Crude and Utilities design packages.

Formed joint venture consortia comprising engineering and construction companies, operating companies, financial institutions and legal advisors.
