Responsible to evaluate and put counter measures if needed for all the company (employees, customers, reputation, assets and interests of stakeholders) aiming for the profitability of the company.
Responsible to identify and assess threats, put plans in place and decide how to avoid, reduce or transfer risks.
Job Description:
1-daily Reviewing all Foreign & domestic currency transactions
2-In coordination with branch manager following up debtor collection
3- Weekly reviewing all open files and cash advances
4-Review and settle Air-Line Sub-ledger and report all UN-invoiced tickets to financial manager
5- Approve all Cash Vouchers and cash refunds according to the internal financial regulation
6- Review and settle payable Sub-ledgers, making sure that all
cash refunds have been collect from supplier in time
7-Insure that corporate clients have received their statements and invoices on weekly basis.Keeping record of acknowledgment of all delivered statements
8-Random Cash count twice a month
9-Send monthly reconciliations on fixed dates to financial manager
10- Full responsibility over serial control of all numerical manual documents, insuring that the used ones have been invoiced .(such as manual vouchers incase of events, travel cover policies....etc)
-Revising and approving Administration and General Expenses payments and outbound payments.
-Supervising preparation of tax statements Sales Tax, Stamp Tax, Withheld Tax, and Dealers Tax and end of month related reconciliations.
-Participating in Month Closure & year end procedures and preparing relevant reports.
-Revising and approving fixed assets entry and preparing end of month reconciliation.
-Responsible of controlling company credit cards and expenses reports prepared by senior management team.
-Reconciling Settlements of payable accounts monthly.
-Preparing monthly Bank Accounts Reconciliation domestic and foreign currency.
-Preparing Monthly Cash Account reconciliations for all branches against General Ledger Cash Account.
-Responsible of handling and reconciling withheld tax account and sales tax account.
-Responsible of preparing fixed assets entry and preparing monthly Fixed Assets Account reconciliation.
-Responsible issuing Emprest to all branches and preparing monthly reconciliation for emprest account.
-Establishing new payment system for company credit cards including revising of each payment and preparing monthly reconciliation.
-Administrator for the ERP system (Financial / routing tailored program).
-Maintaining convenient control over daily transactions (Sales, Warehouse movements, cash collection...).
-Responsible of building and conducting finance team.
-Perform frequent system integrity check.
- Designing accounting system and cost accounting system.
- Supervision, teaching staff and responsible for professional audit and advisory services.
- Preparing journal entries.
- Preparing ledger accounts & trial balance.
- Preparing financial statements.
- Preparing tax -reconciliation.
- Preparing payroll tax-reconciliation.
