A major operation for Henkel in the Region set as a JV with BCI " Basic Chemical Industry", specialized in the production of Industrial Adhesives, as Hot Melt, Pressure Sensitive and Water base adhesives.
The company is covering the market of Saudi Arabia, Arab Gulf countries, Levant, Middle East, North & South Africa, Turkey, Etc
GM over all responsibilities cover Site, Operation, Sales, P&L, & Management.
The Technology covers the manufacturing of Hot Melt Adhesives for Hotmelt, Pressure Sensitive, & Water base. Addressing the industries of Non Woven Hygiene products, labeling, Paper Converting, End of the line packaging, Etc for many multinational and regional companies.

Addressing all markets of Food Industry, Snacks, Dairy, Pharmaceutical, Etc...
Multinational and regional customers were served in KSA, GCC, Levant, Noth Africa, Etc...

Napco Composite Film Packaging Technology (Napco Compact): Napco compact is a member of Napco Group, the Saudi Arabian operation of the multinational Indevco Group in Lebanon.
Napco Compact is a specialized company in the field of multi-layers barrier flexible packaging for multitude of applications, with the required barrier Properties and Modified packaging atmosphere for various food and industrial applications.
The operation covers; Printing, Lamination, Extrusion, Coating, Hot melt application, vacuum packaging, artworks preparation, Etc
Main targeted markets were "Personal & Home Care", "Dairy and Beverage", "General Food Packaging", "Pharmaceutical", "Industrial and others".
Sales, Marketing & Business development activities took place over the local market of Saudi Arabia & GCC, in addition to many countries like Egypt, Syria, Morocco, Philippines, UAE, Kuwait, others.
A long experience in handling multinational accounts reaching the stage of preferable regional suppliers for some of them with all what it takes for such development and qualification.
Starting as the first sales manager for Napco Compact, it was normal to address main targets like; building a sales team, achieving a market coverage, creating a customer base, targeting sales strategies, establishing area coverage & product management, setting key accounts support, monitoring multinational certifications, Technical & Business development, conducting Sales Training, handling E-auctions & Tenders, Costing & Pricing, Marketing Studies, Feasibility studies Etc
