As a head of Leisure department responsibilities include leading the Tours, Safari, and all other related activities from A to Z. This includes the whole operation, P&L and the administration of the department, preparing and monitoring the yearly budget and costing, involved in appointing new staff in order to build up a professional team. Involved in setting contracts with subcontractors and wholesale suppliers (hotels, cars purchasing, maintenance…). Involved in sales and marketing activities necessary for the success of the department. Established an excellent relation with most of the 5 star hotels in Dubai in order to generate business from their guests by offering them different leisure products. Setting up sales and pricing strategy, bundled packages, and volume incentives for local and international suppliers.
Controlling the fleet department that is handling a fleet of 70 vehicles (purchasing, maintenance, expenses, allocating the drivers and vehicles…..) drivers, tour guides, sales team including more than 80 employees. Coordinate with the inbound department to arrange all the needs for the tourist, from meet and assist at the airport, transfer, hotel visits, to selling them the leisure activities of the company.
To ensure proposal competitiveness, client satisfaction and business health and differentiation through deal or campaign performance optimization; develop innovative alternatives to existing deals, work processes or campaigns; and communicate with partners and appropriate internal departments on these initiatives. Conduct analysis related to creative and offer optimization and Make business decisions based on data analysis and communicate results to Top management, involved in developing the in house online reservation system”B2B;B2C”.

2011 Acquired the franchise agreement for Aviator Style fashion readymade garment and opened in Beirut area a 250 sqm store consists of two floors. I was involved in all aspects of decoration design, approvals from government departments and municipalities. In addition to setting up the operations, the POS software, and stock, visual merchandising and training the staff, purchase… which is now supervised by my wife.
