Duties & Responsibilities:

• Facilitate vendor vehicles for the preparation & dispatches.
• Maintain and keep the vehicles clean & active to be available for the Customers.
• Moving and placing the cars in the hot zones places to maximize the bookings and reservations.
• Arranging & delivering the vehicles of leasing to the customer’s doorstep.
• Assigned Logistic drivers for rebalancing, Relocating and Dispatching the vehicles in the right places.
• Assigned Technician team to inspect all the End bookings for physical checkup.
• Dispatches technical team to resolve the mechanical and technical issues.
• Updating and keeping the record of every single vehicle.
• Running reports of tracking devices such as Fleet Behavior, sensor, Fuel consumption, Maintenance and Utilization Reports.
• Investigate and upload record for those accident and damages vehicle.
• Coordinate & follow up Vendor Workshop for the vehicles on under repair.
• Updating daily issue reports & records to be presented to Fleet Manager.
