sq.ft of office space, 200, 000 sq.ft NLA retail space and 186 ancillary retail shops with an annualized rev-
enue exceeding AED 800 million
• Major Achievements:
- Set up the real estate policies & procedures and operating guidelines for Al Dhafra Region
- Lead PPP initiatives through different investment structures; JVs (Armed Forces Club, Danat Hotels
and Resorts, SABIS, TESLA, SEHA, ENEC), BTS (Al Dhafra COOP, MAF, Al Maya Group), BOT
(McDonalds, Dynatrade) and others
- Took handover of and leased 2, 583 new residential units increasing overall rental revenue by 15%.
- Managed the snagging of the new released development phase comprising 663 villas
- Took loss making educational and hospitality assets into profit by implementing new operating model
- Improved retail quality and revenue by tendering and mobilizing an experienced retail PM company
- Directly sourced, negotiated and leased critical retail assets bringing in 10 new concepts into the city
- Pre-leased 100% of the Traditional Souq comprising 53-line shops and F&B outlets
Capital Markets - Strategy and Investment Advisory (MENA)
• Real estate portfolio structuring, optimization strategy and marketing/exit strategy implementation
• Advised developers, private and institutional groups on their real estate portfolios and funding options.
• Provided strategic and development advice for developers and owner-occupiers regarding project viability
based on comparative market performances and operational structures, be it Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT),
Sale & Leasebacks (SLB), Built-to-Suit (BTS), JVs and other structures.
• Led and participated in the origination, structuring and execution of real estate transactions across a range
of geographies, specifically UAE, KSA and Qatar, extending to both standing asset acquisitions as well as
greenfield developments across a range of asset classes including development land, education industrial
and mixed-use projects in excess of US$ 800 million

developments for major clients such as Nakheel, Emaar, Dubai Properties, MAF, Bloom Properties, SBG,
Al Rajhi, Mubadala and others.
• Real estate portfolio advisory and valuations for major HNIs such as Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan,
H.E. Abdullah Al Masood, Sheikh Hussain Al Amoudi, Sheikh Walid Al Sayigh, Al Ajou Family, Al Fut-
