• Worked in the Advisory Deals Department at PwC and dealt with companies in a wide variety of industries,
located both in Lebanon and the wider MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region
• Was responsible for assisting staff in the undertaking of due diligence and company valuation for mergers and acquisitions. This included data collection, research, financial statements, and business ethics
• Enhanced accounting skills through instruction in the three primary methods of company valuation (market
approach, asset approach, discounted cash flow analysis)
Extracurricular Activities
Global Classrooms LAU Model United Nations (2011-2012) Trainer to approximately 40 high school students.
I trained around 40 local high school students across Lebanon regarding the procedures and formalities that occur in the actual United Nations as well as trained them a diplomatic approach to political debates.
