Position “Technical Corporate Support - McAfee for Russia”,
Level - 1. Main responsibilities - to receiving the calls and Emails from
the Corporate Russian McAfee’s customers, to register their technical
issues in the system and to look for the resolution; to provide technical
information between the customers and the higher levels, when it is
needed. The typical problems are including communication between the
server and the agents in general and the products - Virus scanning,
ePolicy Orchestrator, Endpoint Encryption and other.
I was responsible for the training process of the
new people and their estimation in the time of working and for some technical stuff also.
Sitel - BG - Sofia, Bulgaria. It is an American Outsourcing company of Nokia. I was consulting and solving the technical problems of the homes clients of the company. It was a Russian Advanced Technical Care Team. There I was using
Microsoft Outlook and a specified program for the administrating of
database of the clients - Siebel. Sometimes I was making a new training
for the colleagues.
