Equipments Handled:
DCS (Distributed Control System), SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), MIDAS (Multi Input Data Acquisition System) and PLC (Programmable Logic Control system) Gas turbine driven Centrifugal compressors, Electric motor driven compressors (centrifugal, reciprocating), Molecular sieve Absorbers, Direct fired heaters (Natural and Forced draft), Fractionation Columns, Hot oil system, Methanol injection system, Waste heat recovery unit, Absorbers, Re generator, Separators (vertical, horizontal), knock out drums, Chillers, Heat exchangers (plate-fin, plate-frame, aerial coolers, shell and tube), Filters, pumps (centrifugal, reciprocating, etc.), Storage tanks (Floating, cone, dome roof), distillation columns etc..
Job Responsibilities Of Production Operator :
•Routine check-up and following plant orientation if any abnormal inform CCR and taking appropriate action.
•Monitor all the equipment’s process parameters,
•Involved all kind of Permit system and follow the company permit rules,
•Monitoring all rotating equipment’s such as a pumps and compressors
•Monitoring all types of Christmas trees performance and parameters
•Handling all type of Chemical and optimizing the injection rate according to the process requirements,
•Preparing of plant operating reports as requested by production supervisor
•Taking reading from well Test separator and do necessary change,
•Involved Plant start-up and shutdown activity without any delay,
•Involved process Isolations according to the P&ID and Permit system,
•Monitor the Utility stations such as an Air compressors, N2 system, chlorine injection system Power generation package and assist with water maker operator (RO),
•Involved PIG launching and receiving activity.
•Involved storage tank sampling, dipping and Tank change over.
Well Head & Unmanned Operations:
•Operation of X-Mass tree (CAMERON, FMC, CAMCO & BHEL)
•Actuator operated Master valve and Wing valve, SSSV (DHSV), annulus pressure
•bleeding operation, panel board operations (BAKER, OTIS, BRISCO &
•PETROTEC)
•Flow line choke changing and adjusting, Flow line PSL & PSH
•switches, FTHP well equalizing, gas lift injection wells
•Test separator handling, Well testing, BDV panel operation, orifice changing in the flow
•lines (oil, gas & water/ DANIEL)
•Flow and pressure recording (IIT BURTON, FOXBORO & ROSEMOUNT), isolation and hand over the wells to well service for perforation, Acid job, well cleaning, wire line operations such as SSSV removing, Bottom hole sampling, Reservoir study, down hole pressure
•analysis.
•Inspection and operation of Christmas tree and flow line checkup for leaks.
•Well head x-mas tree valve integrity and SCSSV functional test.
•Changing or Adjusting of choke to regulate flow and to give back pressure to reservoir
•Observe the annulus pressure build up & Annulus pressure bleeding operations.
•Well activation and Optimization of gas injection wells and well head panel board operation.
•Well equalization in case of SCSSV unable to open because of high shut in pressure and operation of SSV.
•Making wells ready for Acidisation, Reservoir and Wire line jobs.
•Testing and maintaining the well head platforms.
•Shut down and normalizing the wells through Pneumatic Control Panel board namely Baker and Autocone.
•Methanol injection in wells flow lines to prevent Hydrates formation.
•Hand over the wells to Rig and giving ESD connection.
•dying out of pre commissioning activities like, Leak and Pressure Test Perform Witness, Equipment Inspection.
