Development of the overall HR function and enhancement of HR services across the group
Documentation and development of the HR policies according to the approved action plan.
Restructure the recruitment process in order to efficiently respond to the operation needs (average of 7 placements per month)
Review and develop the C&B structure in terms of payroll processing, monitoring and control, salary scale, grading system and salaries revision solution.
Implementation of an evaluation system based on objectives and customized by job category
Redesigning the current incentive scheme and applying a new approach that fairly rewards employee productivity, quality of deliverables and employed efforts.
Formulation of the HR rules and regulations in accordance with the labor law
Develop C&B policies and procedures
Setup, implement and monitor a consolidated payroll system across the group
Guide the implementation of the bonus schemes with respect to integrated Performance framework
Monitor and recommend actions to maintain balance between control of costs, attraction and retention of staff.
Develop, review and maintain Country Salary structures and raise recommendations to the Board
Monitor and control all benefits management activities at operational level and provide consolidated reports and analysis
Advise management on the appropriate solutions to resolve employee relations issues, grievances, and conflicts.
Participate in the development of the overall HR and Personnel strategy.
Participate in the formulation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with the corporate objectives, government regulations, and labor legislation.
Prepare the HR and personnel business plan and manpower budget and submits them to Group's Management for discussion and approval.
Ensure the proper implementation of the HR policies and procedures in all departments or sections involved in any personnel administration activities.
Advise department & section heads on HR policies and procedures.
Supervise and assists in the preparation of the Social Security, taxation, and medical insurance coverage plans.
Direct the interviewing of all candidates (internal and external), and recommends selection and recruitment decisions to line managers
Secure the proper implementation of internal rules & regulations
Develop and update personnel records, handling and archiving all files related to the Administration & Personnel Department.
Supervise and control the follow up of employees’ attendance, annual leaves, transportation, incentives and other related issues.
Ensure proper implementation of social security and insurance formalities.
Offer the proper orientation for newcomers: providing the proper training on the internal rules & regulations and all related documentation and designing with concerned head of department the necessary on-the- job training program.
Direct and supervise the implementation of all personnel operations including recruitment, performance appraisals and others.
Locate, evaluate and establish a preferred list of suppliers against well-established selection criteria, review the list on regular basis.
Handle Insurance issues regarding medical insurance for employees and property insurance for the Company.
Manage applicant’s database, updating personnel records, handling and archiving all files (Soft & Hard) related to HR Department.
Provide the proper training to new recruit on the internal rules & regulations, safety & security measures, QMS concept and all related documentation: job description, processes, procedures, and work instructions.
Assist in the recruitment process: screening applicants and conducting first interview.
Coordinate with insurance company.
Coordinate NSSF issues and other governmental relations.
Prepare payroll for 145 employees including overtime calculation, deductions, promotions, leaves, payables and receivables, insurance, etc.
Monitor employees’ attendance regarding absence, breaks, leaves and others
