Currently working at Boecker as an operations and collection
Residential officer.


The role of the operations officer in the residential unit is linked to the client as well as to all department staff. The operations officer should have a client-oriented attitude that would provide exceptional customer service and attendance to client needs and requests.

Job responsibilities:
- receive daily feedback from the technical crew about the executed job from the day before - receive from technicians special requests or notes reports given by the clients.
- prepare daily reports (callbacks, Ot, lack time, etc.) and communicate them.
- handle daily data entry (on software) of all executed treatments.
- schedule follow-up activities for each client/account.
- prepare daily job orders for the technical crew.
- prepare job cards for each client
- handle daily pesticide order.
- ensure that all pesticides and tools are handed to the technical crew.
- supervise the technical crew members on a daily basis (attendance, leave requests, daily operations, etc.)
- handle maintenance request of the technical crew (cars, motorcycles, tools and equipment's.)
- follow up on clients yearly programs.
- schedule daily appointments.
- assist any new residential client through incoming calls
- follow up on pending appointments from the day before - answer clients queries
- answer callbacks and solve them
- follow up on clients special occasions.
- conduct scheduled daily calls
- handle renewals and follow up on non-renewed contracts.
- provide needed support to the department.

Marketing activities:
- plan and carry out direct marketing activities to agreed potential residential targets.
- develop ideas and create offers for target clients using all necessary marketing tools
- use boecker's existing business sector clients to promote residential services.
- liaise with property developers and engineers to promote residential services.
- plan and participate on social events to promote residential services.
- present boecker to clients using available sales tools.

Sales activities:
- reach residential monthly targets set by the company
- prospect for residential clients and residential projects
- establish client contact
- survey the premises to estimate technical requirements and pricing.
- prepare detailed offers
- follow up till the offer becomes a contract.
- fill in CRM
- handle after sales follow up
- renew contracts

Collection:
- Responsible for money collection from residential technicians.
- Communicate to technicians that no one is allowed to skip this task.
- Check voucher book.
- Follow up on receipt serial numbers and overall.
