Ø Welcoming of the guests to the hotel and registering

Ø Issue room key and explain the hotel facilities to the guest upon check-in

DUTIES
 Welcoming of customers to the restaurant and taking guest order accordingly at the same time upselling our specialties.
 Serving of the guest order as per company standards.
 Setting up both restaurant tables and room service trolleys and delivering room service orders as per Rotana standards.
 Preparing appropriate mise en place for the day as well as preparing guest welcoming amenities and placing in the room.
 Checking out and refilling of the minibar items and upkeep of the minibar inventory.
 Setting up of the banquet halls as per the scheduled meeting requirements from the BEO.
 Training junior staff and cross-training colleagues as per Rotana standards
 Leading the team as a Senior Colleague in absence of the Captain and Outlet Manager.
 Ordering FBM and making the colleague duty schedule in absence of the Captain and Outlet Manager
