My duties and responsibilities are :
• Follow up sales 3 teams performance through random field visits, and weekly reports.
• Ensure that the sales teams are fullfilling their job tasks to meet deadline and departement objectives.
• Follow up with sales teams in solving POSs problems with different parties (distributors, Mobinil, customers, .. etc.)
• Lead and coach area sales teams to ensure applying one action plan among POS in assigned region.
• Hiring new staffs for new sis project.
In addition
• Prospect and contact new or existing clients for the company for mutual business cooperation and to increase market share.
• Manage existing customers in terms of requests, collection, financial and technical problems.
• Maintain customer relationships with existing customers, increase company market share through making new sales deals.
• Enroll new clients to the company’s database by offering all kinds of products & services as well as all ways of profitability.
• Deliver the company proposals to the customers and get to know the decision makers and to increase the customer base.
• Come up with solutions and proposals which suit the customer needs through my sales team.
• Handle and maintain all the requests of the POSs through my team members.
• Follow up with the current and new POSs accounts, with follow up visits and renewal contracts.
• Finalize deals and contracts to achieve target.
• Monitor quality of services presented by our Poss.
• Participate in developing and increasing Poss. accounts main objectives to enhance selling and maintaining account management.
• Participate in creating, developing and filtering Poss. accounts database.
• Follow up with the existing customers, to make sure that they are satisfied from mobinil service.
• Prepare sales reports and submit them on weekly basis .
• Follow up the competitors' movements, activities and their marketing campaigns.
• Gain knowledge of new products offered by the company and their benefits and what distinguishes us in comparison to competitors to introduce the company's products at the customer's locations in a suitable & presentable way.
• Keep good relations with the customers and maintain good reputation.
