currently I am a member of the creative team on the biggest TV network in the Middle East
OSN .
Here are some of my duties in the company:
• Write, direct, edit and produce promos and other on-air materials
• Pitch, develop and create promotional campaigns based on creative & marketing briefs
• Pitch ideas using scripts, treatments, storyboards and other related material
• Ensure delivery of the most innovative creative using the best and most effective production
techniques for a given project whether specially shot, animated or clip based, using
strong visual imagery, design, audio design, music, sync and voice over
• Direct live action shoots when appropriate as well as edits, VO and audio sessions
• Develop strong working relationships with internal / external clients and partners
• Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proven track record as a Promo Producer within on air TV promotion industry
I am creating the content that will live on the website, will be shared with other social change-makers and organizations, and will be used during live programming and presentations.
Here are also some of my duties in the company:
• Develop concepts for short- and long-form multimedia pieces.
• Use excellent visual storytelling skills to produce pieces integrating a wide range of media.
• Generate scripts, storyboards, and schematics based on initiatives.
• Manage each multimedia project from start to finish.
• Find, select and assign work to the appropriate vendors, including videographers, animators, graphic designers, mapmakers and orders when needed for implementation.
• Plan shoots when necessary, including scouting locations, reserving equipment, hiring crew, making logistical and transportation arrangements.
• Establish schedules
• Create/manage budgets
• Assure each phase of projects gets appropriate approvals.
• Stay abreast of rich media techniques, emerging technologies and latest web trends.
• Provide strong knowledge of web design/usability principles.
Worked as a member of the English Premier League football production team based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Creating and Editing weekly Promos for the Channels and promos for the special events like Formula 1, Wimbledon and WWE Shows.
As a Promo producer:
Designed the various promotional materials for the company both on-air and off-air promotions. Maintained a check on the script and the sound effects of the promo ensured that it is accordance to the broadcasting standards.
Developed the promo by writing scripts, produced video and audio spots.
Selected the music to be played and incorporated the necessary voice over and graphic elements. Designated work to various personnel of the production units.
Created the projects by using non-linear editing platform and assisted the editors to get the final cut. Ensured that the promo contains all the necessary information, which will help in getting the customer to the product.
Prepared the schedule for the production and ensured that the work is done in accordance to the same to meet all the deadlines.
As a Producer:
Plans and coordinates various aspects of television programs: Interviews and selects SCREEN WRITERS and cast principals from staff members or outside talent.
Outlines program to be produced to SCREEN WRITERS and evaluate finished script.
Composes or edits program script to meet management or other requirements
Coordinates various aspects of production, such as audio work, scenes, music, timing, camera work, and script writing.
Gives instructions to staff to schedule broadcast and to develop and coordinate details to obtain desired production.
Reviews production to ensure objectives is attained.
Views taped program to select scenes to be used for promotional purposes, using video equipment.
Obtain costumes, props, music, or other equipment to complete production.
Coordinate production details to produce live television programs from locations distant from station.
As a Senior Video Editor:
Creating & editing TV reports, program episodes, documentary films, adverts & promotions
Supervising & reviewing all editing outputs before the broadcasting phase
Responsible for broadcasting all reports & segments during all live shows produced by Pyramedia
Managing the edit team
Preparing wrap up reports for each completed project/client
Responsible for training internship students
Major projects completed include Middle East International Film Festival (MEIFF), Prince of Poets Live, Million’s Poet Live & Al Mahabba Awards Festival.
