Design of AC system as per latest requirement of Dubai Municipality using design software HAP 43, Fire fighting and fire alarm system design, Emergency lighting, Low current system, Water supply and drainage system, Electrical power and lighting, lighting design, Kitchen ventilation and smoke ventilation etc.

Fit out work involving complete MEP work for 2 floors of Hotel for converting as Owners Apartment. HVAC, Firefighting, Water supply, drainage, electrical power, lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm, Room control system, Video intercom, BMS and Music system.
