• Carrying finance training on new finance staff, finance managers on finance matters
• Overseeing all (head office & sites) contracts and advising on renewal, expiry, payments, cancellations etc
• Assisting in all admin work where necessary and sitting in for employees on vacation
• Intercompany reconciliations, bank reconciliation
• Provide logistical support to all WIP especially stock in transit and accounts receivable follow-ups weekly.
• Audit cash balances daily from all 17 centers in Afghanistan, Iraq, Liberia and UAE.
CSPT -Centralized Spare Parts Trading FZE (Part of AMS Group)
• Pilot installation of Helios Stock module for warehouse.
• Trained procurement on how to receive and dispatch stock from the system.
• Follow up, adjustment, stock in transit, stock loss, reconciliations etc
