• Prime most responsibility of operating cement grinding unit with maximum output as much as possible with desire quality control.
• Various types of cement grinding include GGBFS, White Cement, SRC, and OPC with appropriate quality standards,
• Actively performed grinding media sorting annually,
• As an Evidence of our team work OPC Cement Grinding Production increased appreciably from 150TPH to 168 TPH,
• Carry out dynamic and static weigh feeder calibration periodically,
• Preparing the daily Production report and stoppage report of Cement mills.
• Coordinate with maintenance crew during stoppage including conducting physical inspection of production unit.
• Strictly following safety procedure and work standard, before does any work activity inside factory premises.
• Experience in various DCS automation system such as Siemens, FLSmidth, KIMA etc
• Responsible for kiln operation along with coal mill grinding, plant capacity of 7000TPD, Rotax -2 design supplied by FLSmidth,
• Excellent operational experience in using different types of fuel such as Coal and Pet coke,
• Achieved and performed well to meet operational objectives of maximum production with desired clinker quality, using optimal heat and electrical energy.
• Diagnose and trouble shoot potential operating problems, either in consultation with seniors or independent, when immediate action is required to ensure continuity of production.
• Identify and react to the environment upsets during plant operation.
• Optimize production of Quality (Clinker and Cement) that meets company specifications,
• Observe unsafe condition and Equipment operation throughout the shift, take appropriate action to correct the issue or to secure the area and report it to the appropriate personal,
• Maintain constant contact with local operators to provide work direction to ensure equipment, instruments and process are properly controlled.
• Coordinate maintenance crew during stoppage, including conducting physical inspection of production unit, Kiln Brick demolishing.
• Learn how to operate cement plant equipment like Kiln, VRM, and Ball mill along with knowledge of process control through DCS Control System.
• Experience in operating Central discharge Ball mill (DORO)
• Understanding of Cement chemistry with help of Educational Qualification,
• Participate in and contribute to root cause analyses for problems based on knowledge of equipment and its operation,
• Read, understand and utilise various documentation(E.g. MSDSs, SOPs, Task Analysis, Warning Labels, OEM Manuals, Company policies, etc) to carry out job responsibility,
• Maintain an accurate log and record keeping ensuing all information on the status of the operation is documented and keep the superior informed on operating conditions to enable monitoring of production process and for the coordination of overall activates and effective co ordination with maintenance activities.
• Preparing the daily production report and stoppage report of raw mills and kiln and coal mills.
Diploma Chemical technology, it is 3 years and six months course for those who have complected high school and 2 years 6 months for those who have complected higher secondary education. it is sandwich course, means after completing successful 3 years and the following 6 months institute allows student get industrial experience about the course nature. that is most important feature of this course.
