- Provide customer service in a highly professional manner.
- Manage and solve conflicts with clients, Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client-account manager relationship
- Booking of export containers with shipping lines / forwarders to the specific destinations and according to the best solution available, based on freight rates and transit time.
- Providing and ensuring all paperwork is complete to allow exporting shipments.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management
- Determine method of shipment and prepare AWB, invoices, and other shipping documents.
- Prepare airline and customs documentation
- Check import/export documentation to determine cargo contents
- Estimate freight or postal rates and record shipment costs and weights.
- Enter shipping information into UPS systems
- Negotiate and arrange transport of goods with Airline Companies
- Qualify customers to rent vehicles and help customers choose an appropriate car to rent
- Handle payments, sell rental insurance to customers, hire and train employees and process claims for damaged rentals, renting cars to clients, perform a variety of customer service duties
- Prepare, process rental applications, lease packets, and collect deposits, renewals and any related forms
- Prepare Rental Agreements renewals, coordinate all move-in dates and all changes regarding Moves
- Preparing customer's shipments from A to Z, Handling the process of exporting customers’ shipments to their desired destination
- Shipping and receiving shipments from customers
- Operating the process of loading and unloading, Packing and unpacking shipments
- Preparing daily export flight's papers (Air way bills and airport related reports), Outbound processing, scanning shipments, data entry
- Meeting customers, answering customers calls and questions, Customer service duties
- Tracking and shipment status and how to insure that the exported shipments are (right product-right places-right time-right cost / price -right condition)
- General idea about Customs Brokerage
- Provide Vodafone Egypt High customers with all required information related to the company products and services with delighting them with a superior customer service.
- Providing guidance in areas of professional matters as requested or needed.
- Provide customers with superior recommendations and actions, and be a driver for customer’s satisfaction and Loyalty.
- Handle and retain all the customers’ complaints
- Implement high quality standards of Customer Service for High customers through exceeding all KPI’s threshold
