Responsibilities
Systems Integration &Automation:
• Manage the implementation, enhancement, troubleshooting, testing and processes of the SAP HCM system and coordinating with the key and end users.
• Ensures accurate and timely transmission of data between HRIS and other systems.
• Develops tools and applications that facilitate the daily operations.
• Defines system security standards and level of authorization for HR users.
• Ensures effective system utilization at all times.
HRIS Business Reporting:
• Implementation of latest reporting trends through automated tools and dashboards.
• Review and align processes with stakeholders to ensure successful integration between HR Operations, Payroll & HRIS teams.
• Manage the preparation and distribution of ad hoc, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and analysis of HR data.
• Perform detailed data analysis and reporting that define strategic priorities and deliver useful and relevant data that support the decision makers.
HR Data Maintenance and Accuracy:
• Develop the HRIS review plans through SAP system by setting data completeness & verification plan and required areas of development covering the whole company's employees.
• Review and communicate HRIS SLAs regarding receiving, validating and fulfilling requests to maintain data accuracy.
• Provide direction, guidance and training to HRIS team members and internal users to increase system knowledge and proficiency.
• Monitor daily team operations to ensure quality of performance and on-time delivery of tasks.
• Analyze, monitor and control the Manpower plan across the company and implementing the approved changes in the structure/layout, versus planned.
- Development of tools and applications to facilitate the daily operations and to meet with the company’s new direction and requirement.
- Manage the enhancement, troubleshooting and testing and processes of the HR systems and coordinating with the end users.
- Planning and defining system security and level of authorization for all users.
- Review the database related to HR systems on periodical basis and ensure its accuracy and completeness.
- Manage the annual HR budget process calculation and provide recommendations regarding budget item allocations and also assists in presenting the annual budget figures to the management.
- Conduct monthly analysis regarding the actual payment expenses related to headcount, training, other employee benefits, allowances, etc. vs the annual approved budget.
- Act as a liaison between the HR business users and the other parties external or internal in order to apply a successful implementation of systems including SAP HCM, Success Factors, Learning Management System, etc.
- Train all users across the company on new/updated application usage.
