Responsibilities

Systems Integration &Automation:
• Manage the implementation, enhancement, troubleshooting, testing and processes of the SAP HCM system and coordinating with the key and end users.
• Ensures accurate and timely transmission of data between HRIS and other systems.
• Develops tools and applications that facilitate the daily operations.
• Defines system security standards and level of authorization for HR users.
• Ensures effective system utilization at all times.


HRIS Business Reporting:
• Implementation of latest reporting trends through automated tools and dashboards.
• Review and align processes with stakeholders to ensure successful integration between HR Operations, Payroll & HRIS teams.
• Manage the preparation and distribution of ad hoc, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and analysis of HR data.
• Perform detailed data analysis and reporting that define strategic priorities and deliver useful and relevant data that support the decision makers.

HR Data Maintenance and Accuracy:
• Develop the HRIS review plans through SAP system by setting data completeness & verification plan and required areas of development covering the whole company's employees.
• Review and communicate HRIS SLAs regarding receiving, validating and fulfilling requests to maintain data accuracy.
• Provide direction, guidance and training to HRIS team members and internal users to increase system knowledge and proficiency.
• Monitor daily team operations to ensure quality of performance and on-time delivery of tasks.
• Analyze, monitor and control the Manpower plan across the company and implementing the approved changes in the structure/layout, versus planned.

- Act as a liaison between the HR business users and the other parties external or internal in order to apply a successful implementation of systems including SAP HCM, Success Factors, Learning Management System, etc.
- Train all users across the company on new/updated application usage.

-Performs basic systems security administration functions, including creating users' profiles and accounts, monitors and manages system resources.
-Responsible for system security planning, Defining Security levels for each user and his authorizations, and implementing security policies across all users.
•Training and user support to HR & Payroll applications users.
-Train all users on applications usage and if any new functionality is added.
-Provide advice and guidance to all users when needed
