•Reached a customer acquisition/purchase trial rate of 5 customers in a day,
•Rapports established, sales made in a foreign language and culture, most, all, cold calls. Customers tended to take time out to speak. Many occasions-->deals for the not so popular product would be made on the spot,
•Dispute resolution; stand out time: customer unhappy from previous company experience. After short discussion and product demonstration, dispute solved AND he ended up making more purchases.

• Divide the business into a number of sectors in order to attract various target markets,
• Deal with consumers pre, during and post-sale,
• Local and international product postage,
• Customer dealings,
• Operations management (financial management, inventory management, dispute handling),
• Take care in products sold so as to maintain positive business image.

• Achieved approximately 7000+ sales and a 99.8% Feedback Rating,
• Built a store that reached 1, 150 items as of May 2011 (approximate figures),
• Achieved repeat purchase customers,
• Premium and entry level products sold, gaining a wider market,
• As of June 2011, Better Jewellery was ranked 3rd highest in the fine jewellery gold rings category on eBay Australia and the second highest in vintage fine jewellery. This is in addition to the other high rankings maintained at that date (approximate rankings),
• Set a respectable customer service standard,
• Proficient photography ability to display quality products.
