Insures staff rotation of duties are on time and in place at all times. Insures that Pool are maintained properly and decks are cleaned and properly maintained. Sports equipment are ready for guest to use, beach areas are cleaned on a daily basis, F&B service are carried out efficiently at the pool side, Supplies and maintained and food quality are observed and daily revenue are monitored in line with the monthly budget.
As chief lifeguard I am tasked to oversee safety of facility and staff training are updated, Responds to any emergencies and issue transport support for medical emergencies. Oversee, the maintenance of facility grounds and building including guest areas and lockers, F&B dining areas and kitchen. As Assistant Operations Manager, I oversee the whole facility operations and all supervisors report directly to me in turn i report to the operations manager and General manager.
Insures that lifeguard staff rotation of duties, readiness of safety equipments and personnel are in place at all time, training of staff are updated, and reports to the department manger any concerns that would improve service and operation with focus on income generation.
Conducts trainings on first aid, basic life support(CPR) and Water Safety - including swimming and lifeguarding in various entities, schools, organizations and institutions.
