Worked as a freelancer in a variety of positions, Assistant Director, Assistant Producer, Line Producer, Director, and Actor on over 20 different projects, a majority being short films.
I was responsible in assisting the director in each short film project in order to ensure that his/her vision was applied throughout the shoot.
I was also taking the task of assisting in the development of the final script on most of the projects we worked on.
I was responsible for escorting filmmakers to and from their screenings and coordinating with their Q&A’s throughout the 8-day festival.
Planned a campaign of advertisements that would be shown to the hotel staff as an effort by Human Resources to maintain high morale in the workplace. Wrote up surveys and questionnaires and developed a rough plan for the content of the advertisements.
Sold exclusive memberships to the hotel and many other international hotels over the phone to a wide variety of potential customers.
I enrolled as a student in the Mohammed Bin Rashid School for Communication (MBRSC), with a concentration in Digital Production and Storytelling (DPST). I graduated cum laude (GPA 3.5/4) and have been on the Dean’s List for the past 4 years.
In high school, I successfully completed 8 O-levels, and 2 A-levels, as part of the British General Certificate of Education (GCE). I also achieved a score of 1200/1600 in the SAT I, a 620/800 in the SAT II Biology, and a 640/800 in the SAT II English Composition.
