Roles and Responsibilities
➢ My role is to guide everyone who seeks assistance in configuring/deploying/facing issues with Active Directory(AD) related ManageEngine tools like ADManager plus, Exchange reporter plus, O365 Manager plus, SharePoint Manager plus, AD Self Service plus and AD Recovery Manager plus.
➢ Provide professional onsite and offsite demonstration and training for the aforementioned products and ensure the tools are working at its best.
➢ Attend/organize seminars and user conferences conducted by ManageEngine across the globe to address the needs and challenges in server administration, and to ensure we deliver proper solution to simplify and automate IT administrator’s tiresome mundane works.
➢ Performing penetration test for the aforementioned products to ensure all the vulnerabilities and loopholes are fixed.
➢ Being a support lead I do take care of all the tickets, forum queries and ensure appropriate solution is provided on time by my team.

➢ It includes backup, restore and disaster recovery for large enterprise servers like, Exchange Servers, Domain Controllers. File Servers, Web Server, VMware ESX Servers, Microsoft HyperV Servers, SQL Servers, Symantec Enterprise Vault, Lotus Domino Servers and also Storage environments like NAS, SAN, Robotic Tape Library etc.,
