The ICSS is a unique organisation which aims to become a global hub of expertise. As an international centre with its headquarters in Doha, Qatar, ICSS work with all those responsible for sport security, safety and integrity.
• Responsible for entire IT infrastructure and operations
• Project Management - Successfully completed various projects including
initial infrastructure setup of the organization, Office relocations, branch
office setup, cloud transformation etc.
• Business Solutions - Provide quick business. solutions to various business
units within the organization. Prepare IT budget for each year.
• Server & Network Administration - Administration of physical and
VMware virtual server environment. Maintain wired and wireless
network infrastructure, IP telephony.
• Cloud Platform - Office 365 administration, management of Microsoft
Azure and cloud-based MDM solutions.
• Messaging and collaboration - managing messaging and collaboration
platform including exchange server, Microsoft teams, skype for business
etc. Successfully completed various migration projects including
exchange to office 365 migration.
• Security Solutions - Administration of various security platforms cisco,
Symantec, Paloalto, RSA, Barracuda etc. Co-ordinate with consultants for
conducting vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
• Business Continuity - Develop and implement business continuity and
disaster recovery procedure and conduct yearly tests. Management of
Veeam and Symantec backup solutions.
• Service desk - Management of service desk and ensure all requests are
closed within the SLA. Provide higher layer of support to helpdesk
technicians if required.
• Other responsibilities include Vendor management, product evaluation,
Software asset management.
Amba Research (Now Copal Amba) is a leading provider of investment research support services to the global capital markets industry.
• Technical support for Deutsche Bank Project
• Managing Bluecoat Appliance (Proxy)
• Management of ADS, DHCP, GPOs and DNS Services
• Windows patch management
• Co-ordinating with product vendors for various HW/SW requirements
• McAfee EPO endpoint protection administration
SAP Labs India is SAP's second largest Research & Development and Global Services & Support center in the world. Here I am responsible for supporting 300+ users for their IT related issues. And I take care of few test servers which is a part of the SAP domain. My other responsibilities include:
• Technical support for 300+ users at SAP Labs
• Support for virtual meeting room applications
• Troubleshooting VPN and other network connectivity issues
• Print management
Amba Research (Now Copal Amba) is a leading provider of investment research support services to the global capital markets industry. There I was handling all IT related issues. My primary roles and responsibilities include:
• Troubleshooting Outlook and other office applications
• Support to remote users through telephone and web
• Software/hardware installation and troubleshooting
• IT Asset management
