• Updating of monthly exchange rates ensuring that internal policies and procedures are being followed.

• Follow-up and assistance with monthly bank reconciliations.
• Validate accuracy of Labor Distribution reports before processing.
• Vendor Set-Up and Maintenance.
• Customer Set-Up and Maintenance.

• Account Payable Preprocessor.
• FO Severance Accounting process and entries.
• Follow-up and control Open account payable in field offices.
