• Responsible for all Citibank VISA & MasterCard products including credit, debit, co-brands, and prepaid with accountability (including P&L responsibility and budgetary control) for a total portfolio of $1.5 billion; exceeding financial targets despite economic downturn

• Led a team of 57 employees; effectively negotiating them through a period of extensive change and reorganisation to ensure the team remained high performing despite transformation and cost reduction
