Manager Services- Dulsco Dubai (2011 March -present)
As Manager Services I head the Recruitment, Payroll & Transport Division. The Services Dept. caters to the various business units within Dulsco. The Services Dept. is includes the following:
Recruitment process:
Appointment of recruitment agencies in various countries like India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Pakistan, Myanmar, Vietnam, Uganda, Kenya etc.
Appointing delegation for recruitment trips
Planning, coordination and conducting recruitment as scheduled.
Ensuring visas are processed on time & timely embarkation of the candidates.
Payroll:
Services Dept. is responsible for timely closing of Payroll in the company
Transport:
Services Dept. is responsible efficient fleet management, vehicle tracking &route planning, leasing of vehicles for internal transport, recruitment & training of drivers and operators
Manager- Dulsco Abu Dhabi (2004- 2011 March)
As Manager and Business Unit Head in DULSCO, Abu Dhabi, I had to ensure target driven sales of the various services it offers:
HR Solutions: Long & Short Term Contract Hire of Manpower, HR Outsourcing & Recruitment of personnel
Job Responsibilities:
Key Account & Client management.
Customer relationship
Business development and maintaining the relationship with existing clients/ major accounts.
Identifying new business opportunities and developing business from national and international companies.
Preparation and follow-up of proposals, estimates, contracts and handling price negotiations.
Planning and implementation of sales and marketing programs, activities and initiatives.
Representing the company at conferences, meetings, exhibitions and other special events.
Handling overall administrative work and operational activities.
Preparing reports and data management support to the Top management
Conducting overseas recruitment of manpower for the company
