1. Register project data in (SDMS) ‘Site Document Management System’, application developed for BESIX co.
2. Prepare transmittals' covers and issue to the client.
3. Responsible for developing and applying the coding system.
4. Create and implement manual and electronic filing systems.
5. Manage all logs that contain engineering records.
6. Distribute hard & soft copies of all submitted and received documents.
7. Send and distribute subcontractors' correspondences.
8. Create and manage all logs that contain engineering data related to the QC dep.
9. Send and receive QC documents to the client.
10. Coordinate between QC members to provide them with latest engineering data.
4. Prepare transmittals’ covers to issue to the client
1. Distribute hard & soft copies of all the engineering documents generated by site and/or head technical office.
2. Create and implement manual and electronic filing systems associated with relevant logs.
3. Manage all logs that contain engineering records, maintain and enhance logging system.
4. Prepare and manage change notices progress reports, logs and all relevant back charge and cost impact logs.
5. Support the IT dep. in:
• Managing and monitoring servers (Domain, ISA and File Server).
• Setting up user accounts, permissions and access control.
• Monitoring, maintaining all the network assets.
• Technically support the end users.
• Installing needed OS and necessary applications.
1. Maintain all devices (desktops, laptops, printers “laser jet & dot-matrix”, routers, switches, and network connections).
2. Manage & monitor ISA and Domain servers.
3. Plan and support network and computing infrastructure.
4. Purchase, install and configure all new hardware, systems, and software for the network.
5. Diagnose and solve network problems.
6. Troubleshoot and solve problems for the end users.
