• Handle all project phases: Communicate with the client (s), design, produce
details, coordinate, implement and evaluate projects phases to answer the client
needs efficiently and effectively.
• Develop creative ideas into concrete projects.
• Liaise with local authorities/professional bodies and issue construction permits.
• Handle the procurement phases by identifying suppliers, specifying the nature and quality of the required material in coordination with the client. Negotiate offers,
assure products are meeting with standards, and following on delivery schedules.
• Find and negotiate with suitable contractors, supervise their work and assure its
quality and flow.
• Manage sites and field inspections
• Work closely with other key project stakeholders, as electrical, structural and mechanical engineering teams
