In the principal duties and responsible to supervise the works of relevant contractors to ensure quality and construction are in accordance with contract drawings, specifications and local regulations.
Manage the approval of shop drawings, composite drawings, material technical data transmittal; samples color selection, finishing, furniture, equipment, various schedules and sub-contractor. Facilitate the development of the production and the approval of structural, services drawings and materials.
Attend all design, coordination and progress meetings with various parties to clarify and confirm requirements and ensure that all facts of project are being correctly progressed. Do a written confirmation of performance approval awarded by the client.
Supervise employees, schedule work hours, and resolve conflicts. Review method of statements to ensure that the contractor proposal is feasible, solve the facing problems, inspect delivery materials to sites, release check lists, request for information to clarify ambiguities and issue inspection report.
Provide a snag list for outstanding minor work by the contractor and review the "as-built" drawings where required. Follow up the testing and commissioning till the substantial completion and handing over.
