Scope of work:
Construction Package 6B is a primary infrastructure package being constructed as part of overall Lusail development. The scope of work includes highways & highways structures (retaining walls), potable water and fire fighting network, waste water (sewer) network, storm water network, irrigation network, electrical networks (66kV & 11kV) and substations, road lighting network, traffic signals installation, telecommunications network, ELV network, SSD & ITS network, gas network, district cooling network and pneumatic waste collection.

Scope of work:
Procurement, construction, commissioning, O&M, Training of QF staff and handover of Central Plant with cooling capacity of 32000 Tons. The project Occupies a building foot print of 11000 sq. m with a basement level for 16 Chillers, pumps, MV & LV rooms, and water storage tanks 8.5 m deep, whereas the ground floor and above for 8 cooling towers, 2 HV substations, 11 transformers rooms and 700 sq. m offices.
Responsibilities:
• Play an active advocate role for continuous performance improvement in the Safety and environmental; resulted into unprecedented achievement throughout QF projects of receiving several monthly safety awards in a row.
• Meet the objectives by supporting and capturing project sustainable development opportunities; resulted in getting several VOs outside the Project scope.
• Work on delivering the Project “as sold” within budget and according to schedule.
• Monitor and control planning and execution of the work.
• Promote meeting the project quality objectives.
• Maintain and enhance Customer relations, by being:

Design, execution and delivery of the whole wet and dry utility systems of the airport.
Responsibilities:
• Observe and follow the design and design changes,
• Follow up the related procurement,
• Observe and maintain the schedule, cost and budget.
• Allocate and deploy the necessary resources .
• Participate in interface meetings with other contractors .
• Attend all safety, quality and progress meetings with consultant and client.

- Waste Water Treatment Plant, an 80, 000 sq. m area, comprising 3 Equalization Tanks of 50 m diameter x 15 m height, 3 Effluent tanks of 35 m diameter x 10 m height, a 25 m diameter x 12 m height Irrigation Tank, a 30 m diameter x 10 m height Potable Water Tank, 3 Clarifier tanks 25 m diameter x 8 m height, 3 adjacent Aeration Tanks of 4000 sq. m total area, a pump house and 2 pump shelters, beside other facilities for electrical, mechanical, biological and chemical treatment.
- Central Utility Plant, CUP Building a 7, 000 sq. m area, comprising 8 sets of 5 MW generator, 6 Cooling Towers with 6 chillers, Transformers, Switchgears, and an Engineering Offices area.
- 5 Electrical Substations & their transformer yard, 66 and 11 KV, (1.500 sq .m each).
- Potable Pump Stations (600 sq. m each).
- 42 Sewer Lift Stations.
Construction of underground utilities:
- Power and Communication systems (140, 000 Lm Duct bank and 1500 Manholes).
- Sewer, Potable, Fire and irrigation systems ( 65000 Lm HDPE pipes and
