• Enter, verify, and validate invoices and other accounting documents or records daily for booking using two defined computer programs (ORACLE ERP, MACC) while handling the receivable books (Daily Cash Management) including closing and reconciling Trial balance vs. sub-ledger
• Reconcile records of account payables and receivables with internal company employees, management, or external vendors to close balances while checking that the financial accounts (classes) are adequate throughout the booking cycle
• Inventorize and quantify general warehouses (Physical Count) encompassing 1000+ items followed by an assessment of stock variance while ensuring that entities comply with relevant accounting standards such as IFRS, GAAP, and other accounting standards
• Audit POS entries (Invoices vs. receipts) by tracking 20+ stock transfers, returns, and sales while managing and executing all bank-related transactions such as cash and check deposits
• Perform weekly and monthly aging accounts receivable reports for the Sales Team (up to 30 salespeople all over Lebanon) for efficiency in collection and resolving any discrepancies while following up on customers’ collections and deposits, ensuring that they are paid on time to minimize the risk of bad debts
• Conduct monthly balance confirmation for the top mega accounts’ customers and randomly for regular clients while controlling all advance payments received from clients and booking them appropriately on the ERP
