Developing overall program guidance, including work plans, budgets, and procurement plans specific to activities in Lebanon, while monitoring their implementation in strict adherence to donor guidelines. Engaging in establishing and fostering relationships and partnerships with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring collaborative eforts towards program objectives. Promoting program quality through various initiatives, including project strengthening activities at the field level, aimed at maximizing impact and sustainability. Monitoring and evaluating projects on a regular basis, ensuring active participation from partners and the community. Developing of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and assessment tools for all activities. Enhancing job counseling capacities of Social Development Centers' (SDCs). Developing project aiming to enhancing SDCs referral capabilities concerning employment opportunities and job and skills matching. Contributing to the development of MOSA's National Preparedness Plan, aiming to bolster emergency preparedness measures. Providing continuous support to staf members by ofering tailored guidance and managerial support

Managing partners relationship (e.g. UN agencies, SME’s local organizations) and acting as focal point for all the communications with partners. Writing Standard Operating Procedure SOP’s, developing a workplan to meet program goals as per strategy guideline (German donors). Supporting the capacity building plan for partners, monitoring overall project activities and KPIs to ensure quality implementation of programs (e.g. skills development, job creation, apprenticeship, entrepreneurship, and social-entrepreneurship) and creating a monthly narrative report of all the activities. Identifying potential SME’s and to receive grant, business trainings and coaching.

Developed and implemented activity, training, and monitoring plans allowing micro-entrepreneurs to participate and succeed in IRC cash grant application processes; conducted assessments to determine challenges, gaps and support needs of local vendors and MSMEs; carried out assessments and analyzed data to determine specific interventions to help businesses better manage their daily needs and to support their overall growth.

Supported the launch of IRC's first Microenterprise Support program in Lebanon; counselled more than 80 potential and existing entrepreneurs in Akkar on the feasibility of their business, managing procurement, referring them to access capital; supported entrepreneurs in drafting their business plans and grants' applications for funding; contributed to the Business Climate Assessment in Akkar through field questionnaires to determine challenges, gaps and support needs of local MSMEs.

Planned, opened, managed four Second Cup and Steak Escape restaurants; recruited, trained, and supervised a team of 14 international employees; developed the company’ brands (Second Cup, Steak Escape), improved the quality of products and services, introduced new brands and products based on the market; developed, implemented and participated in marketing and sales activities according to preset objectives, strategies and action plans; formulated and planned monthly targets and yearly budgets, marketing plans and objectives, and assessed market factors and ensured achievement of such targets in the most cost-efficient manner.
