- Winning new Corporate Travel business.
- Responsible for maintaining existing and newly acquired Corporate
Travel clients (account management)
- Reporting to: Director, Head of Corporate Travel Accounts.
- Assists in the development and implementation of section policies,
processes, and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural /
legislative requirements are fulfilled.
- Supervises the day-to-day operations of the corporate travel
section to ensure that work processes are implemented as
designed and comply with established standards and procedures.
- Responsible for winning new corporate travel business.
- Identify new business opportunities across all channels
- Develop and actively manage a significant sales pipeline 4-5 times
larger than annual target
- Cold calling prospective new business opportunities
- Develop in-depth understanding of the prospect/client, build a
relationship for success, influence prospect and acquire the new
business.
- Work closely with corporate travel team to develop prospects
- Lead the sales cycle from end to end.
- Conduct and co-ordinate implementation plan, ensure successful
implementation of new business
- Work with Travel Agents to respond to tenders
- Ensure correct level of account management is maintained to
retain client accounts
- Balance new/existing client relationships and requirements
- Assists in the preparation of the corporate travel section budget by
preparing analysis and data related to specific elements as
directed and monitors the financial performance of a given area of
activity.
- Co-ordinates the preparation of monthly and accurate corporate
travel reports which conform to company and department
requirements, policies and standards. Specifically the achievement
of billing activity versus targets.
- Organizes and supervises the activities and work of subordinates
to ensure quality.
Prospect Potential Corporate clients and sign corporate contracts
Manage and increase a portfolio of travel agencies
Promote and sell the services of Qatar Airways through direct customer contact via emails, phone
calls, visits…etc
Prospect and sponsor high visibility and return on investment events
Analyze pricing schemes and production simulation in order to better penetrate geomarkets;
Assist clients by understanding their business travel requirements and recommending
the most suitable package Qatar Airways services;
