• Review technical documentation and determine mechanical and machinery engineering requirements (e.g. efficient mechanical system for HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage and Firefighting).
• Overview the tender process and review contracts to ensure compliance with technical specifications, schedule, and budget.
• Provide technical direction to the in-house mechanical team and Draftsmen during the design and installation of the different mechanical systems.
• Lead the inspection, commissioning and reporting of the installed mechanical systems.
• Optimize the technical solutions ensuring minimal cost and design simplification according to the preset key performance indicators.
• Manage the relationship and communication with customers to ensure that project requirements are met.
• Review the design concepts, Shop drawings and As-built drawings.
