Assist local HR teams in handling and following up on HR data related
enquiries
• Working on the transition from HCM (Oracle) to Oracle Cloud in the Middle
East
• Implementing the leave plan in Oracle Cloud
• Participating on Upgrading the Kronos timekeeping/payroll system
• Supporting the recruiters on how to use the Taleo recruitment system
• Acting as the single point of support for payroll teams
• Provide input for designing and maintaining system configurations and
specifications, and collaborates with corporate functional and technical
teams to review, research and recommend updates and fixes for HR
systems
• Develop, test and implement new custom reports and periodically audit
existing reports.
• Managing the inventory of all reports and documenting relevance to
system stakeholders

• Evaluate current processes and system functionality, serving as a subject
matter expert tasked with making recommendations for improvements and
efficiencies
• Assist in implementing SAP for payroll to be compatible with Oracle Cloud

performance cycles.
* Support the HR Services team in the delivery of large scale systems projects, such as new implementations
and roll outs.
* Ensure all team processes and standards are enforced and are adhered to and that HR access complies
with data protection and company data security policies.
* To create and deliver customer focused training and end user support material to new HR team members
and the wider employee customer base
