Major Accomplishments:
• Instrumental in setting up foundation of International Affairs in the humanities department and drove the number of instructors from 9 to 28.
• Credited for starting the new major in International Affairs and enhancing the number of student majoring in International Affairs from 8 to 52.
• The foundation of new major opened the door for new affiliations with reputable foreign universities, which helped students to pursue their graduate studies abroad.
• Successfully increased the elective courses and foreign languages from 2 to 6 to provide students with opportunity of wider range of selection of courses and of now, not less than one thousand students per semester are taking different elective courses.
• Successfully recruited a big diversity of instructors from different political backgrounds and visions.
• Received accelerated promotion from joining as Coordinator to Chairperson of the new founded major with just two years.
• Awarded full time contract from the initial start as part time within two semesters.
